Black Diamond Lodge chalets and apartments have covered parking, and a reception area directly accessed from the level of the road. We welcome guests with restricted mobility; however not all our facilities are fully designed for all levels of ability and mobility.

Access from the Road
Black Diamond Lodge Reception is at road level and can be easily accessed. Parking is in covered parking areas on two levels, and can be accessed by lift or staircases, including to and from Reception. In the event that the lift is out of service, the staircases are 140cm wide with several flights of steps between parking, reception and our rooms and apartments.
Spa and Terraces
The Spa area and terraces leading to the ski piste are accessible by lift. The Spa has a large open area, sauna and pool. The sauna and pool are not accessible by wheelchair and the spa has not been designed with restricted mobility in mind.
There are two outdoor hot-tubs on a lower terrace accessed only on foot using steps and narrow passageway.
Chalet and Apartments
The Lodge is built off the pisteside over five levels. Most are accessible using staircases of several flights. Some apartments are accessible on the same level as the lift, including:
Toucan (Single level).
Hirondelle (Single level).
Ormes (Two levels. The lower entrance level with bedrooms is on the same level as the top of the lift shaft, but internally, stairs are needed to access the kitchen and lounge.)
Merle (Two levels joined by a staircase. Both levels can be accessed separately by the lift.)
