Black Diamond Restaurant has grown in maturity and excellence over the past 5 years. We’ve discovered the dining experience that you prefer while on a ski holiday, and we deliver a very unique restaurant experience in Sainte Foy.
Black Diamond Bar and Restaurant features 3 log burning fires for our guests to enjoy before, during and after their dinner. We love that you love the restaurant ambience. And we will always do our very best to make sure every fine detail of your experience at Black Diamond is exactly as you wish it to be.
The Black Diamond kitchen is run by five professional chefs lead by Andrew Howarth. This is Andrew’s third season in Black Diamond’s kitchen. During the off season, Andrew hones his skills on the Isle of Iona. Andrew is a popular team player in the Black Diamond team.
Dan Russell, Head Chef of Black Diamond in the first 3 years, has written the menu with collaboration from the rest of the Black Diamond chef team. It’s been a pleasure to work with Dan to develop a popular menu with presentation, health and taste leading the way in overall menu design.
The Black Diamond Restaurant menu is fine dining with a nod to our locally available French produce. We concentrate on popular dishes served well and attempt to appeal to all tastes and dietary preferences. Each dish is balanced and healthy. We provide vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options.

Aperitifs and Afters
When you dine with us, we will seat you in one of our lounge areas to take your aperitif order and allow you to browse the menu. We seat you at your dining table once your first course is ready for service. After your final course has been served, we seat you again in a lounge area so that you can enjoy coffee and after dinner drinks in a more comfortable environment.
